Your medical history travels with you. Wherever you're posted.
Continuity of care through every posting, every overseas deployment, and every transition from service. The Forcer Protocol for veteran crisis response. A linked carer profile that reaches your family without exposing where they are.
Built for the realities of military life.
Frequent moves. Overseas postings. Transition to civilian life. Catterick Garrison is 12 miles from our Ripon base — and the Armed Forces community is at the heart of what we built.
Forcer Protocol
- Veteran-specific crisis guidance built directly into the profile
- Developed with North Yorkshire Police — gives responders immediate context for veteran mental health episodes
- No diagnosis required — your own words, your own plan
Continuity across postings
- Your profile travels with you — same card, same information, any posting, any country
- Live translation in 40+ languages so local emergency services can help wherever you are
- Update it any time from any device — always current, always with you
Your family, always connected
- Linked carer profile — a world first. If something happens to you, your family are one tap away
- Their phone number and home address are never shown to the person calling
- If something happens to your carer at home, responders see immediately who depends on them
Armed Forces Covenant aligned
- Meets employer obligations under the Armed Forces Covenant
- LIBOR-eligible for veteran community programmes
- Available for individual personnel, unit welfare officers and military employers
Medication reminders
- Configurable reminders for every medication — dose, frequency, timing, and instructions
- Alerts sent to both the member and their linked carer
- Separate from emergency medication information shown to responders — the carer gets reminders, the paramedic gets the clinical facts
Secure document vault Coming soon
- Upload and store any document that matters — powers of attorney, deputyship orders, DNACPR decisions, advance care plans, hospital letters, EHCPs, Individual Support Plans, school healthcare plans, and anything else your loved one needs with them
- Documents travel with the person — accessible to the right tier at the right moment, never left in a filing cabinet at home
- AI-assisted extraction reads uploaded documents and pre-fills profile fields — every field reviewed and confirmed before it saves
- Identification photo upload — a recognisable photograph of the person, their belongings, wheelchair or mobility aid — directly strengthens the missing person pathway
- Encrypted storage · tiered access · you control who sees what
40+ language translation
Your profile translates for whoever scans it. A Polish family sets up a card for a grandparent with little English — the paramedic sees the profile in English. A British traveller abroad — the local responder sees it in their language.
This is different from AAC
Translation = the profile appears in the responder's language.
AAC = for people who can't speak — the board speaks for them.
Privacy by design
You control your profile. Responders can read it. Nobody can copy it, save it, or keep it. And you can see exactly who has seen it.
Whatever they wear, the answer is one tap away.
The same profile is available in five physical formats — so the information travels even when the card doesn't.
